File Submission FAQ

  • How do I submit files to your company?
    • Files are submitted via FTP. You may also choose to mail your CD/DVD to Red Ant Studio.

  • What do I do after I've submitted images to you?
    • Login to members area and fill out our online album design form to let us know the specifications for your album. Once that's done, we can get started!

  • How many images do you recommend for an album?
    • Our typical design uses one to three images per side. So, for a typical 30-side album, we recommend approx. 60 to 90 images.

  • Can I submit more images and have your designers pick the images for me?
    • Absolutely! You can submit them either in the same directory, or split them into directories such as "must-have" and "optional".

  • Is there a limit to the number of images I can submit for an album design?
    • No, but be aware that a large number of images within a small album will yield a "busy" design.
