File Requirement FAQ

  • Arrange and number files sequentially

  • What file formats do you accept?
    • All images should be submitted in only RGB JPEGs format. We do not process RAW files.

  • What color profile should the image files be?
    • All images must have the same and EMBEDED

  • Should I crop or edit the color of the images before submitting?
    • All images must be fully retouched and color corrected prior to submission, unless requesting this service. You may crop or color convert (black & white/duotone) your images, or let us make those design enhancements upon your request. Please see our price list for more information.

  • Will you convert some images to B&W during the design?
    • Yes, our designers may convert images to B&W during the design process if they feel it enhances the design.
  • Do you provide color correction and retouching services?
    • We provide color correction and postproduction services upon your request. Please see our price list for more information.

  • Logo; include a PDF, JPG or layered PSD file


  • If no color correction is required:
    • Images must by fully retouched and color corrected
    • Images must be Adobe RGB (1998) or sRGB
    • Only 8 bit files are accepted
    • Only high resolution (300 ppi) JPEG, PSD or TIF files are accepted. Please do not send RAW files
